Job Description
FRENCH
- Réaliser les contrôles de conformité (pièces outillages) et rédiger les rapports associés
- Assurer la qualification et le suivi des équipements de contrôle/mesure/essai
- Etablir des diagnostics sur les arrêts et les dysfonctionnements des équipements de contrôle/mesure/essaien laboratoire :
- Assurer le maintien des laboratoires
- Assurer un remplacement partiel des autres techniciens du service Qualité (en cas dabsence imprévue ou exceptionnelle).
ENGLISH
- Carry out compliance checks (parts tools) and write the associated reports
- Ensure the qualification and monitoring of control/measurement/testing equipment
- Establish diagnoses on stoppages and malfunctions of control/measurement/testing equipment in the laboratory:
- Ensure the maintenance of laboratories
- Provide partial replacement for other technicians in the Quality department (in the event of unexpected or exceptional absences).
Required Skills and Education
FRENCH
- Bac 2/ Licence
- Connaissances équipement de mesure MITUTOYO
- Connaissances en mesure physique exigées
- Connaissances techniques pour lutilisation des équipements de mesure
- Connaissances approfondies des outils informatiques: Excel Word Outlook ERP base en programmation
- Connaissance automobile Core Tools
- Anglais niveau B1
- Être réactif face aux évènements imprévus surcharge de travail ponctuelle changement dans les priorités des demandes
ENGLISH
- 2 years of higher education/Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of MITUTOYO measuring equipment
- Knowledge of physical measurement required
- Technical knowledge for the use of measuring equipment
- In-depth knowledge of IT tools: Excel Word Outlook ERP basic programming
- Knowledge of automotive industry Core Tools
- English level B1
Being responsive to unforeseen events occasional work overload changes in request priorities.
