About the role:
You will be responsible for maintaining the daily vehicle operations at Clutch. This role is an integral part of ourField Operations team as youll be completing a large volume of admin tasks before each scheduled delivery. Ensuring that you deliver an incredible customer experience is a key part of this role. Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor the successful candidate for this role is a highly motivated self-starter willing to take ownership of various key administrative tasks and has previously worked in a customer experience-focused role.
What youll do:
- Work extensively with Google Sheets to gather and manage data required for daily admin activities.
- Work with the Clutch software database to retrieve data for licensing purposes and maintain accurate digital records to support the completion of vehicle procedures.
- Collaborating with the Revenue Field Operations and Production teams to coordinate the timely and accurate completion of licensing.
- Ownership and vehicle registration management to streamline licensing procedures.
- Filing documents and storing them manually as well as digitally.
- Keeping up with any changes in licensing regulations and communicating updates to the team.
- Provide training and ongoing support to new hires on daily procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigated inquiries from the sales team and proactively resolved any issues related to administrative work to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule a timely meet up at the Ministry of Service Ontario to complete the administrative procedure.
What were looking for:
- Valid Ontario Drivers License and clean driving record in the last 3 years
- Previous vehicle licensing experience is strongly preferred
- Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
- Self-motivated
- Desire to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Team player
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Technology savvy (Google Drive Slack etc.)
- Must be comfortable working on-site at our new facility in Mississauga Ontario
