The Trumbull Marriott Shelton is seeking a Banquet Supervisor. This position will oversee event setup staffing service and breakdown ensuring high-quality execution and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include directing staff coordinating with the kitchen and sales maintaining a safe and sanitary environment and acting as the main point of contact for clients during the event. This role requires strong leadership communication problem-solving and multitasking skills to manage timelines resources and staff performance.

Leadership & Teamwork:

Ability to lead motivate and work effectively with staff and other departments.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients staff and management.

Problem-Solving:

Capacity to identify issues anticipate challenges and implement solutions promptly and effectively.

Organization & Multitasking:

Skills to manage multiple priorities timelines and resources during events.

Knowledge of Hospitality Standards:

Understanding of event planning food and beverage service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
