Join our client as an RN Supervisor in the Surgery Department where you will lead a team in providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the unit utilizing quality and cost-effective patient care principles
Prioritize reassign and redistribute work including scheduling and delegating workflow
Review and reassign patient assignments based on continuity and skill level
Coordinate scheduling and maintain appropriate staffing levels
Coordinate orientation and training of newly hired team members
Coordinate staff education in-services and specialized skill training programs
Collaborate with the Manager and Director to resolve complex unit situations
Evaluate and guide staff through coaching and provide immediate feedback

Schedule and Shift Details

Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday
No weekends or holidays

Languages

Fluent in English

Qualifications
Required

Bachelors degree or higher
Valid Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa (IA)
