Job Description
About the Role
- Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
- Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branchs current practices and procedures to improve daily operations and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines managing continuous improvement
- Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
- Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
- Facilitate employee safety training
- Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
- May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Who Were Looking For
- High School Dipolma or GED required
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
- 7 years of related work experience that includes 3 years work experience
- Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
- Must hold a valid drivers license

- Base Pay: $75000 yr. - $80000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location.
