You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEducation required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in: Supply chain Management or Logistics in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: French and you have a good knowledge of English.
Other requirements: Knowledge of a WMS (warehouse management system) and BI tools (Microsoft tool) is a plus.
Expected start date: September 2025.
Duration: 6 months
Work arrangements: On-site work required.
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum for which an agreement must be signed between GSK the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: According to Belgian legal requirements the internship will not be paid. However some expenses will be reimbursed.

Analysis and Reporting
Data Collection: Gather data on inventory shipments receipts and supplier performance.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels delivery times and supplier performance.
Inventory Management
Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Replenishment: Assist in planning and executing replenishment orders.
Inventory Optimization: Propose improvements to optimize inventory management.
Administrative Support
Documentation: Assist in creating and updating supply chain documents and procedures.
Coordination: Support supply chain managers in various administrative and organizational tasks.
A strong interest in supply chain management logistics and the commercial aspects of business operations: The candidate should be genuinely passionate about how goods move through the supply chain and the impact of logistics on business success.
Eagerness to collaborate with various teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders: The ability to work as a business partner and establish effective working relationships with colleagues suppliers and other stakeholders is essential.
Flexibility to adapt to change and perform well under pressure: The candidate should be comfortable with a dynamic work environment and capable of managing multiple tasks while staying composed under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for coordinating with team members presenting data and negotiating with suppliers.
Strong problem-solving skills driven by curiosity and analytical thinking: The candidate should be curious analytical and resourceful with a knack for identifying problems and developing innovative solutions.
Confidence and self-motivation to make informed decisions: The intern should possess the drive and self-assurance to trust their judgment and take initiative when necessary.
