The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference and heres how the Customer Service Specialist role will make an impact:
- Dealing with customer requests enquiries and complaints
- Ordering parts
- Controlling inventory
- Performing administrative and accounting tasks
- Invoicing
- Working with SAP
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role were looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications skills and experiences:
- Bachelors degree
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in English
- Customer service related experience or administrative experience is beneficial
