Job Summary
The position will include the following duties;
- Initial history taking.
- Clinical assessment diagnosis treatment and evaluation of care.
- Contact with patients is by telephone/video consultation face to face appointments in the surgery and home visits.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility in attitude and behaviour. They will be keen to undertake new ways of working and delivering healthcare committing to under-taking the professional development required to adapt to changing circumstances.
Qualifications skills and experience required:
- Professional registration NMC
- Demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision making process.
- Independent/supplementary nurse prescriber and have a consultation and assessment/diagnostic qualification.
- Evidence of on-going CPD.
- Advanced clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform in stressful and complex situations.

We are a large friendly hardworking surgery with our main surgery located in Clacton and a branch in St Osyth. We are anEMIS Web practice with a patient list size of 15200 patients.
