Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage organize and control all project quality documents such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) quality procedures coordination with QC engineers and submitting for client approval.
- Distribute the approved documents to QC and others as applicable as per guidance from QC Engineers.
- Preparation of QC document log status on approval of procedures.
- The fabrication drawings to be properly received distributed and organized in the files.
- Updating and maintaining inspection request log.
- To support the QC engineers and inspectors in preparation of the Inspection reports scanning and maintaining folders.
- To prepare the Material dossier record in coordination with QC engineers.
- Preparation of Project QC planning on project inspection status and maintaining the project progress logs.
- Maintain a systematic document control system to ensure easy retrieval and traceability of documents.
- Track revisions and maintain records of document versions and approval status.
- Assist in audits (internal and external) by providing the required QC documents and evidence.
- The NCR logs to be maintained and updated to the QC manager in a timely manner
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QC documentation and project quality planning.
