Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure high service standards.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
- Train staff on customer service best practices and brand knowledge.

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service management preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software.
