This flagship club in Amsterdam has recently undergone a huge refurbishment creating one of the most premium fitness destinations in the Netherlands. With exceptional facilities a dynamic team and an ambitious growth plan the club is targeting 6000 members in the near future. It already benefits from a diverse and engaged community of locals and expats and now requires an outstanding Sales Manager to help take it to the next level.
The Role
We are searching for a Sales Manager to lead a growing team of three membership consultants (with plans to expand to four). Your focus will be on driving performance embedding a high-energy sales culture and ensuring consistent delivery of membership growth. Approximately 85% of the role is focused on managing and converting inbound membership enquiries with the remainder dedicated to local marketing events and corporate outreach.
Overachievement is key in this role we are looking for someone who is tenacious growth-orientated and thrives on exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead motivate and develop a team of three (soon to be four) membership consultants
Convert inbound membership enquiries into long-term loyal members
Drive local marketing initiatives community events and corporate partnerships
Maintain exceptional service and member experience standards
Consistently deliver on growth targets and KPIs with a focus on exceeding goals
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
Energetic driven and passionate about fitness and sport
Tenacious and growth-orientated with a proven ability to exceed sales targets
Experienced in leading teams within sales or customer-focused environments
An inspiring coach and motivator who creates a winning culture
Flexible to work 40 hours per week including 12 evenings and 1 weekend day (with 1 weekend off per month)
The Package
Basic salary of around 3100 per month
monthly commission
2750 bonus per 4-month cycle
25 days annual leave an additional day off for every public holiday worked
