The Role
Primary focus: Bartending delivering drinks service wine knowledge cocktail flair and great chat.
Also: Table Hosting waiting tables with warmth rhythm and presence when needed.
Flexibility is key. One shift you might be mixing Negronis the next youre guiding guests through a South African wine journey.
Who You Are
Youve got personality presence and that rare ability to make every guest feel seen and special.
You feel deeply passionate about South African culture wine food or hospitality.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments you thrive under pressure and know how to bring the vibe.
You dont serve. You host entertain engage and elevate.
