Job Summary

A powerhouse new energy brand is ready to make waves and we need a community pro to spark the conversation. Were looking for a Social Media Community Manager to be the brands voice across TikTok Instagram YouTube and beyond. Youll partner closely with a Senior Social Media Content Strategist and a full creative studio ensuring every interaction feels on-brand human and unforgettable.

What Youll Do

Manage daily social posts and keep content on schedule.
Respond to comments DMs mentions and community posts in English and French.
Keep the brand voice consistent and authentic.
Track trends monitor community sentiment and flag key issues.
Share feedback and insights to improve future content.
Help grow an active and loyal community from day one.

What Were Looking For

3 years in social or community management preferably with consumer or CPG brands.
Experience growing and engaging online communities.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Know how TikTok Instagram and YouTube communities work.
Organized and able to manage multiple channels.
Clear communicator with a proactive community-first attitude.

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify-based or eCommerce brands.
Familiarity with social listening/community tools (Sprout Social Hootsuite Khoros).
Background supporting a brand launch or rapid scale-up.
