Were looking for a Social Media Community Manager to be the brands voice across TikTok Instagram YouTube and beyond. Youll partner closely with a Senior Social Media Content Strategist and a full creative studio ensuring every interaction feels on-brand human and unforgettable.
What Youll Do
- Manage daily social posts and keep content on schedule.
- Respond to comments DMs mentions and community posts in English and French.
- Keep the brand voice consistent and authentic.
- Track trends monitor community sentiment and flag key issues.
- Share feedback and insights to improve future content.
- Help grow an active and loyal community from day one.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years in social or community management preferably with consumer or CPG brands.
- Experience growing and engaging online communities.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Know how TikTok Instagram and YouTube communities work.
- Organized and able to manage multiple channels.
- Clear communicator with a proactive community-first attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify-based or eCommerce brands.
- Familiarity with social listening/community tools (Sprout Social Hootsuite Khoros).
- Background supporting a brand launch or rapid scale-up.
