Job Description
For a stealth biotech in Switzerland
Tasks
- Lead overall non-clinical development strategy for an antibody program from development candidate (DC) to IND approval
- Direct and oversee CMC non-clinical safety pharmacology pharmacokinetics and toxicology studies.
- Manage and build relationships with global CROs and CDMOs including Europe- and China-based partners.
- Ensure effective outsourcing strategies vendor qualification contract negotiations and long-term partnerships.
- Drive effective program timelines resource allocation and strong project management execution.
- Manage regulatory requirements in US EU and Australia for non-clinical packages.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management in small to medium biotech or pharmaceutical organizations >15 years preferred
- >5 years Experience in biologics non-clinical development and CMC
- Minimum 2 previous programs taken from DC to IND approval
- Proven experience managing CROs and CDMOs in the EU and China
- Strong project management background with demonstrated ability to deliver results on-time and within scope.
- Strongly independent can-do attitude detail oriented striving for maximum quality speed and cost efficiency.
- Willing to travel 25% of the time in the EU US and China
- Fluency in Chinese a strong plus
- Valid work authorization in Switzerland
- 100% Workload only
- Immediately or January/2026 start
