Position Number: S73900
This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $36640 - $43980 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
As the Student Services Coordinator youll orchestrate seamless student journeys through expert management of onboarding processes orientation logistics course scheduling and signature events. Reporting to the Senior Director of Program Management and Operations youll be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for academic excellence and student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate comprehensive student onboarding processes for new graduate students
Plan and execute orientation programs and logistics for incoming cohorts
Manage course scheduling and registration support for graduate programs
Organize and coordinate program events workshops and networking activities
Serve as primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate student records and program databases
Collaborate with faculty staff and external partners to enhance student experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree in Business or a related field preferred
One to three years of related work experience
Experience in higher education preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
Experience with event planning and coordination
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer service mindset with commitment to student success
