Position Summary
Seeking a qualified Electrical Inspector in Riyadh to conduct inspections and ensure electrical compliance across commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical inspections of buildings and infrastructure within KAFD
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Electrical Code (SEC) IEC standards and KAFD requirements
- Review electrical plans and installation drawings
- Perform commissioning inspections of electrical systems
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and regulatory authorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Valid electrical inspector certification
- Professional engineering license preferred
- 5 years electrical inspection experience
- Commercial real estate or large-scale development background preferred
- Familiarity with high-rise and complex electrical systems
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Fluency in English; Arabic preferred
- Strong communication and report writing abilities
