Our fundraisers are everyday heroes and our job is to empower them every step of the way.
The Fundraising Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a remarkable supporter experience. As the first point of contact for many of our fundraisers and donors you will ensure all interactions are warm professional and impactful. This role is perfect for someone beginning their career in fundraising or not-for-profit work who is passionate about people storytelling and community engagement.
Youll work closely with the Fundraising Experience team and stakeholders across Community Fundraising & Growth Campaigns & Products Philanthropy Individual Giving and Strategic Growth Partners to give a consistently effective and positive experience to key fundraising audiences. Exposed to all disciplines of fundraising this is a fantastic hands on learning opportunity with space for you to own your own portfolio of fundraising accounts.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of either our Brisbane (Dutton Park) or Melbourne (Carlton) offices. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.
