As a Senior Product Manager Tech in our Enterprise Engineering organization you will lead the strategy and execution of Generative AI initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will drive product innovation shape the future of enterprise productivity tools and champion AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

As a Senior Product Manager-Tech you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for GenAI-powered enterprise solutions.
This includes identifying opportunities for AI implementation across Amazons internal tools prioritizing features based on business impact and creating comprehensive product roadmaps. Youll need to stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and translate user features into business requirements to deliver functionality that will enhance Amazonian productivity.
In addition to gathering and synthesizing requirements you will define success metrics and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives. A crucial aspect of your role will be managing relationships with senior leadership effectively communicating product strategy and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting user research analyzing user data and making data-driven decisions to guide product development. Youll oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and iteration ensuring that products meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value. Additionally youll be responsible for developing launch plans creating product documentation and establishing processes for measuring and reporting on product performance and adoption metrics.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
