Job Summary
Assistant Construction Superintendent
Minneapolis MN Full-Time $80k-$110k
Were partnering with a leading developer and builder to add an Assistant Construction Superintendent to their growing team. This role supports the Superintendent and Project Manager in overseeing all on-site construction activities ensuring multi-family projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a motivated field leader with strong communication skills and experience driving productivity and collaboration on-site.
Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily field operations with trade partners and stakeholders
- Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA/company policies
- Track project progress document site activities and report potential delays
- Support scheduling materials management and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain site organization cleanliness and safety compliance
- Participate in meetings and communicate updates to the project team
- Assist with punch list completion and project close-out
Assistant Superintendent Qualifications
- 4 years of construction experience with at least 2 years in a field leadership or foreman role
- Background in multifamily mixed-use or commercial projects preferred
- Proficiency in Procore Microsoft Project or Bluebeam
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred
- Valid drivers license
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80000$110000k

This is a full-time on-site role (40 hrs/week MondayFriday) with a respected growth-oriented company that values safety teamwork and quality.
