As an Evening Property Maintenance Technician youll typically work a full-time schedule between 8:30 PM and 4 AM with 5 days on and 2 off.
Your day begins with a thorough inspection of properties where you meticulously scan the area for debris and trash ensuring cleanliness and safety for residents and visitors alike. Armed with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence you pick up trash and drive maintenance sweeper vehicles with precision and care.
Collaboration is key as you work alongside your team members sharing insights and strategies to enhance property maintenance processes. Your keen eye for detail allows you to identify and address potential safety hazards promptly ensuring the well-being of everyone in the community. Additionally you take pride in maintaining our sweeper trucks ensuring they are clean well-maintained and ready for action at all times!
