We are expanding our OBGYN specialty practice and seeking a driven Executive Recruiter who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is passionate about connecting top physicians with hospitals in need.
Position Overview
This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on physician placement within the OBGYN space. The Executive Recruiter will act as both a talent hunter and trusted advisor leveraging a variety of tools and outreach methods to identify engage and place physicians. The ideal candidate is competitive persuasive and thrives on building relationships while achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and source OBGYN candidates through cold calling passive outreach and targeted cold email campaigns.
Build and manage strong relationships with physicians and hospital administrators.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using CRM and recruiting tools.
Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals.
Represent Kaye/Bassmans brand with professionalism integrity and a solutions-driven mindset.
Requirements
Proven success in a sales or recruiting role (executive search or healthcare recruitment a plus).
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills both over the phone and in writing.
High motivation resilience and a hunter mentality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
