This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales ManagerMission Statement:
为销售团队提供销售相关支持协助销售行政事务以及业务相关的跨部门沟通与协调
Main Accountabilities:
数据及系统公司相关系统/ 档案使用
流程根据各类销售流程完成岗位工作
文档准备文档协校对编辑等保存必要的文件
行政支持销售相关及一般行政工作并负责具体的公司/ 部门流程/ 计划的传达与执行为销售团队提供行政类支持如排车文具下单office 6S管理等
沟通负责职责范围内的不同沟通任务确保销售团队及时知晓相关更新信息
Knowledge Skills Experience:
本科及以上学历
良好的书面及口头沟通能力
能够承担多项任务注重细节
能够快速融入销售团队具备团队精神
能够熟练使用Microsoft Office EXCEL / WORD等办公软件
