About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Prompt Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing LLMs in various contexts within our company to streamline and improve our day-to-day operations.
This position is hybrid at least 2x a week at our office in Pinheiros So Paulo
What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement prompts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Experiment with and explore new ways to utilize LLMs in various departments within the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for LLMs implementation and provide solutions
- Continuously test and optimize prompts for improved performance
- Fine-tune the LLMs models for different use cases to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- No specific background in AI or natural language model is required but the candidate should have practical experience with the subject
