Business Rules Senior Iterates through business requests and performing impact analysis. Recommends innovative approaches/solutions to problems and communicates pros & cons. Manages check-ins with teammates IT & business partners to coordinate day to day activities. Coordinates with IT and business partners to ensure alignment on approaches/solution. Works with testing teams to ensure rules meet expected behavior. Facilitates and leads working sessions to plan releases review solutions capture requirements and resolve issues. Reviews rules with team business and IT to ensure they add business value and adhere to standards. Drives ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities. Typically has 3-5 years of experience.
Qualifications
Typically has 4-6 years related experience
College Degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100000 - $150000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Employment Type
