Requirements Alignment: Collaborate with Group and LBU teams to understand and align Oracle Fusion Acturial IFRS Data and MI requirements across Finance Strategy & Planning: Work closely with KPMG and other stakeholders to define a comprehensive test strategy for products across the Domain ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory Data Management: Drive test data identification preparation and management across various Oracle Fusion modules to support different testing Execution & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing ensuring smooth execution across Group and Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for all domain spectic test activities ensuring timely communication defect triaging and issue resolution between LBUs and the central testing Handholding & Support: Guide and support business users during UAT ensuring they have the necessary training access and knowledge to execute test cases Management & Reporting: Drive defect triaging and reporting collaborating with Oracle support Implementation partners and internal teams to resolve defects & CI/CD Integration: Identify automation opportunities within Oracle Fusion testing and collaborate with test automation teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to best practices regulatory requirements and security compliance specific to Oracle Fusion implementations in insurance and financial 10 years of experience in Testing with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance and Accounting). Exposure to IFRS Acturial and other insurance products is essentialStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture configurations and experience in testing Oracle Fusion implementations in the insurance industry is highly in test planning test execution test data preparation and defect -on experience with test management tools like JIRA & UAT management experience including end-user coordination and with test automation frameworks for Oracle Fusion is a with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and impact assessment for stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with business users vendors and IT of finance processes and compliance in an insurance company communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey technical details to business users and vice skillsExperience with IFRS17 and actuarial Fusion Cloud ERP Finance Certification (Mandatory)Familiarity with investment payroll procurement and expense allocation processes.
