Assembler Heat Exchangers
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday Thursday 5:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (occasional weekends as needed)
Location: Tulsa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Assembler Heat Exchangers to join a Tulsa-based team for 1st shift operations. This role focuses on lacing and assembling tubes within heat exchanger bundles as part of the larger production process. The Assembler Heat Exchangers will be responsible for ensuring precision teamwork and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately lace and align tubes in heat exchanger bundles according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to verify correct tube placement and spacing.
- Use hand and shop tools to support assembly work.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Assist in assembling structural components of heat exchangers.
- Follow the production schedule and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- Prior mechanical or industrial assembly experience preferred.
- Experience with tube lacing or tube bundle environments is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure calipers etc.).
- Strong teamwork communication skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced industrial setting not climate-controlled.
- Exposure to loud noise dust and metal particles.
- PPE required: hearing protection safety glasses steel-toed boots.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending kneeling reaching and overhead work.
- Good vision and hand-eye coordination required for detailed tasks.
