Job Summary
Flow Traders is looking for a Legal Counsel with a focus on corporate and commercial topics to join our dynamic legal team in our Amsterdam this role you will play a pivotal role in our organizations success and be a part of a team that values entrepreneurial spirit drive responsibility and teamwork.

What you will do
- Review draft negotiate and provide expert advice on a wide range of legal matters including corporate legal structure and the group entities governance venture capital investments corporate finance matters and intercompany service agreements onboarding counterparties (terms of business and other documentation) exchange membership and platform access documentation issuer documentation such as authorized participant agreements and market-making agreements
- Build strong working relationships with departments such as Trading Technology Risk and Operations Regulatory Compliance and Business Development
- Co-develop standard operating procedures templates and policies for the Legal Department.
What you need to succeed
- Dutch Law Degree
- 3 years of relevant experience at a law firm or within a legal team at a bank trading firm or investment firm
- Flexible and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication in both English and Dutch required
- Understanding of the financial market ecosystem including CCPs various types of platforms clearing and settlement processes and the ETP/ETF ecosystem is a strong plus
- Knowledge and experience in the intellectual property or Digital Assets is a strong plus
