Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in building innovative mobile solutions that will transform the finance industry. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Android development strong proficiency with Java or Kotlin and a track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications from concept to launch.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the end-to-end development of Android features from inception to design implementation testing and launch.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Designers Product Managers Backend Developers and Data teams to deliver scalable high-performance solutions.
Build modern Android applications using Kotlin Android SDK and Jetpack Compose.
Implement architecture and design patterns such as MVVM and leverage Coroutines & Flow (preferred) or RxJava for asynchronous programming.
Integrate with APIs and services using Retrofit and manage local data with Room.
Ensure code quality maintainability and performance through best practices code reviews and unit testing.
Stay up to date with Android development trends tools and frameworks to continuously improve product quality and developer efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
7 years of professional experience developing Android applications.
Proficiency in Java or Kotlin (Kotlin preferred).
Strong knowledge of Android SDK and modern development tools.
Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose MVVM architecture Coroutines & Flow (preferred) OR RxJava.
Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as Retrofit and Room.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly mobile experiences.
