What youll do...

Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and creating a culture of belonging

Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating PL Profit Loss statements managing andassisting in budgeting forecasting and controlling expenses in designated business area to confirm they are indexed to sales monitoring andensuring effective merchandise presentation seasonal transitions inventory flow and operational processes

The annual salary range for this position is $65000.00-$80000.00 Plus Differential to meet legislative requirements where applicable.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years of college; OR 1 years retail experience and 1 years supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 years
supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific
Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example Academy trainings Open
Door trainings etc.).
