Position Overview: Field Project Coordinator
This is ahybrid leadership rolethat blends project management team supervision and job site safety oversight all while helping shape the future of vertical transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise3 to 5 installation crews(2-person teams)
- Overseedaily operations track progress and report on performance goals
- Attendproject planning and progress meetingswith general contractors
- Leaddaily and weekly safety meetings including toolbox talks
- EnforceDelaware Elevator and GC safety policies
- Submit accuratetimekeeping and payroll documentationvia SALUS (digital portal)
- Monitor andcoordinate material/tool deliveriesand site logistics
- Identify and help processchange orders and deficiency reports
- Recognize and reward team members for meeting safety and performance targets
- Maintain organized clean and efficient job sites
- Handle occasionalsupply runsto ensure crews stay productive on-site
- Coordinatecrew scheduling and coveragein collaboration with operations leadership
Qualifications
- Completion ofOSHA 510training
- Proficient with computers especially email Microsoft Office and platforms like SALUS
- Strongorganizational leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising multiple teams andmaintaining project timelines
- Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards ofsafety and productivity
- Ability to work a consistent4-day 10-hour workweek
