Job Description
Denver CO Operations Team Onsite

Were seeking a Team Lead Operations to join our Denver this role youll serve as the onshore counterpart to our offshore operations team with a focus on VIP order management finance escalations vendor coordination and process improvements. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on details enjoys solving operational challenges and wants to help scale a fast-growing eCommerce business.
What Youll Do:
- Act as the onshore partner to our offshore team in the Philippines providing guidance and support for daily operations.
- Oversee VIP order management across all Havenly Brands ensuring accuracy and white-glove service.
- Resolve finance escalations primarily for Havenly orders surfaced by the offshore team.
- Become the go-to expert on our order management processes with a deep understanding of workflows end-to-end.
- Partner with third-party vendors to resolve order or invoicing issues.
- Support process documentation and SOP development to improve consistency and scalability.
- Support inventory management processes including monitoring availability and assisting with escalations tied to stock levels or fulfillment.
What Were Looking For:
- 24 years of experience in operations supply chain or order management (eCommerce a plus).
- Experience working with offshore or remote teams preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for detail and process.
- Comfort with building and refining workflows or SOPs.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets/Docs; ERP or OMS experience a plus.

Additional details
This is a fulltime exempt position based in the United States. The role will be hybrid at least 4 days per week from our office in Denver. The targeted compensation range for this position is $58000 $65000 dependent upon experience and location.
