Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable reliable and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Python and Django experience with large distributed systems and exposure to Go services and cloud-native technologies. You will play a critical role in designing implementing and scaling backend services that power next-generation financial solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design develop and maintain backend services using Python (Django) and Go in a highly scalable environment.
Build deploy and manage distributed systems that support millions of users.
Leverage cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes AWS and gRPC to deliver reliable and performant applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers Frontend Developers and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure code quality security and maintainability through best practices testing and reviews.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues in large-scale environments.
Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and contribute to evolving engineering standards.
Qualifications and Skills
7 years of professional software development experience (Python-focused).
Strong expertise with Python and Django frameworks.
Hands-on experience building and scaling Go services in distributed systems.
Proficiency with cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes AWS and gRPC.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in performance optimization and debugging.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
