About Role:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in data engineering analytics and cloud technologiesto lead cross-functional projects in our data domain. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery working closely with engineering teams data scientists product owners and stakeholders to ensure timely quality-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex data projects across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers analysts and architects to define project scope technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Manage project timelines deliverables risks and dependencies using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Coordinate sprint planning reviews and retrospectives; maintain project documentation and JIRA boards.
• Ensure adherence to data governance security and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance on cloud-based data platforms like Azure AWS or GCP.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives KPIs and lessons learned.

Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field.
• 10 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 4 years in a Technical Project Management role.
• Strong understanding of data technologies: Data Warehousing ETL/ELT Data Lakes Data Pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Azure Data Factory Databricks Snowflake Power BI or AWS Glue/Redshift.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools like JIRA Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
