The Role
AsSenior Product Designer youll play a central role in defining and crafting intuitive user-centred experiences that make a meaningful difference. Youll work as a true partner alongside product and engineering solving customer problems end-to-end from research and discovery through to design craft and delivery.
This is a hands-on role where your ideas wont just sit in a Figma file theyll come to life fast reaching thousands (and soon millions) of end-users.
Key responsibilities include:
Designingintuitive end-to-end user experiencesinformed by research data and customer feedback
Running and contributing touser research discovery and usability testingactivities
Partnering closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation
Applying and extending the companysdesign system ensuring consistency and scalability
Creating clear user-friendly content and interaction flows
Sharing work openly giving and receiving feedback and contributing to design documentation
About You
Were looking for a designer who thrives infast-moving collaborative environmentsand is motivated by solving real-world problems.
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have8 years experienceas a Product Designer ideally across SaaS or product-led environments
Are confident owning thefull design process from early discovery and research to polished UI and engineering handover
Bring a strong foundation indesign principles usability best practices and accessibility standards
Enjoy working within and evolving adesign system
Balancecreativity with pragmatism using data and feedback to guide decisions
Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Are open to feedback proactive in building strong design culture and motivated by seeing your work ship quickly
