Are you an organised approachable and proactive individual looking to make a real difference in a vibrant secondary school Upton Hall School is seeking a dedicated School Secretary to join our friendly administrative team.
About the Role:
As a School Secretary youll be a welcoming face of our busy school office supporting staff pupils and parents every day. Youll manage communications maintain records organise events and help ensure our school runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role at the heart of a thriving school community with over 1000 pupils.
What were looking for:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Great communicator with a friendly and professional manner
Competent IT user and able to manage busy workloads
Previous school office experience desirable but not essential

Upton Hall School is a Roman Catholic Grammar School for girls. There over 1000 girls on roll and it is oversubscribed. Facilities are outstanding. The school has academy status.
