Your role as Offshore Supervisor
As an Offshore Supervisor you will lead and coordinate the practical execution of offshore projects. You will ensure that equipment materials and teams are fully prepared and that projects are delivered safely and efficiently. You will report to the Equipment & Resource manager and work closely with offshore teams and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate offshore project tasks ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Oversee preparation packing and shipment of equipment for offshore deployment.
- Ensure proper implementation of project procedures on-site.
- Manage project completion including return inspection and servicing of equipment.
- Support workshop and warehouse operations maintaining order and functionality of equipment.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
- Travel as required mostly in Europe and Asia.
Who We are looking for:
Were seeking a practical structured offshore professional who ideally has:
- Experience in offshore wind oil gas or similar industries.
- Is hands-on and thrives with responsibility for both equipment and team.
- Pays strong attention to safety quality and operational detail in all tasks.
- Works independently and collaborates effectively with a team.
- Is fluent in English Danish is a plus.
