Applications are invited for the following position:
HR Business Manager Grade VII
Permanent Full Time Contract
Location: Human Resources Department 1st Floor Blackberry Park Ballykeeffe
Dock Road Limerick
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
Have significant HR experience in managing and/or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care or comparative relevant experience.
A proven track record of delivering HR support to staff
HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations information analysis and/or project implementation.
The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Desirable
Third level degree in HR or a related discipline.
Experience of supervising staff
Experience of managing and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines/competing demands.
Knowledge of the HR Management System data to provide meaningful reports to support key stakeholders.
Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
Experience with training and development initiatives and delivery.
Experience gained in a unionised environment.
