As a Client Director you will serve as the strategic leader across a portfolio of key accounts responsible for driving client satisfaction marketing performance and revenue growth. This role integrates client services excellence with a deep understanding of performance marketing principles programmatic advertising and AI-enabled technologies.
You will provide strategic leadership to internal teams and clients alike using advanced data analysis AI insights and collaborative planning to ensure clients meet and exceed their objectives. A successful Senior Client Director is both a trusted client advisor and an internal champion of operational efficiency and innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior strategic lead for client accounts building and maintaining long-term client relationships grounded in trust and value delivery
- Lead the development presentation and execution of integrated recruitment marketing strategies aligned to client goals
- Utilize AI-driven tools to analyze campaign data surface actionable insights and enhance client reporting and strategic decision-making
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization account growth and cross-sell of broader Recruitics solutions
- Oversee programmatic campaign configurations and optimizations leveraging automation tools and predictive analytics where possible
- Design and execute A/B testing plans; use AI platforms to automate hypothesis generation and speed up optimization cycles
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to maximize campaign success and ROI
- Maintain high data integrity across platforms and ensure tracking pacing and reporting are accurate and comprehensive
- Actively contribute to strategic company initiatives around AI innovation digital transformation and performance excellence
- Serve as a resource for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) creating strategic growth plans using both traditional analytics and AI-derived insights
- Continuously learn and stay informed of AI advancements and digital marketing trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients
- Flexibly support evolving business needs special projects and innovation pilots as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to build and grow high-value client relationships with a strategic and data-driven approach
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems including PPC programmatic advertising and multi-channel campaign management
- Strong proficiency with AI-powered marketing and analytics platforms (e.g. ChatGPT predictive analytics)
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear compelling recommendations
- Excellent leadership mentorship and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Superior presentation and communication abilities capable of articulating complex data-driven narratives for clients
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Google Analytics and major programmatic platforms preferred
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation emerging technology and continuous learning
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business analytics communications or a related field required
- 5 years of digital marketing advertising or account leadership experience preferably in an agency environment
- Prior experience with AI applications in marketing and client management strongly preferred
- Previous team leadership or coaching experience is a plus
The compensation range for this role DOE is: $82K - $124K.
