Were looking for a Backend/Infrastructure Engineer to join as a founding-level hire and help build the core infrastructure powering next-generation AI training environments.

This is a full-time in-person role in Union Square NYC (with relocation and visa sponsorship available).

• Architect and scale backend systems that power AI training simulations.

• Build across Python Go and TypeScript with full ownership over projects.

• Partner with researchers customers and leadership to ship meaningful features.

What youll need:

• 36 years of backend/infra engineering experience (flexible for top candidates).

• Strong background in Python Go or TypeScript.

• Evidence of impactful early-stage contributions or side projects/GitHub work.

• Comfort with customer-facing collaboration and startup pace.
