As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Sector youare an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance build and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure stable and scalable way. As a core technical contributor you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firms business objectives.

Job responsibilities:

• Design and build web based dashboard application for metrics as needed
• Design and develop new test automation frameworks using Java Selenium Cucumber and Rest Assured
• Provision AWS resources like EC2 RDS s3 using Terraform Infrastructure as code
• Provide comprehensive qTest product support and maintenance for internal users including troubleshooting user training and maximize tool adoption and effectiveness
• Lead strategic evaluation sessions with external vendors to assess solutions drive favorable outcomes and manage feature request pipelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
• Enable interfaces between different systems to improve overall operation stability as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to be part inculture of diversity opportunity inclusion and respect

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10 years applied experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a senior engineer or technical lead demonstrating proven ability to drive development team initiatives while maintaining strong individual contributor
• Atleast 2 years of experience in full-stack software development specifically usingJava spring based technologies
• Proven experience (7 years ) in design and development of test automation frameworks using Java Selenium Cucumber & APIs
• Strongs hands on experience in automating shadow DOM Host Root and Tree objects
• Experience in provisioning AWS services like EC2 RDS s3 and enabling the connections as needed
• Experience in Tosca automation tool is an added advantage
• Proven record in anyone of the test managements tools like qTest/ALM (site admin role preferred)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in java full stack development
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in architecting and implementing test automation frameworks using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
