Your Role

As Manager for Contract Management Execution & Support within the Gripen Program you will lead a newly formed team of about 10 professionals responsible for the successful execution and support of all export contracts related to Gripen E/F.

In this role you will:

• Build and develop a high-performing team through strong teambuilding activities essential since the team is newly formed
• Oversee and ensure contract compliance across all export contracts
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and drive implementation of these improvements across contracts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to facilitate contract updates and negotiations
• Interface with program management contract managers and other Saab units to ensure all contractual obligations are met
• Engage in high-level strategic dialogues and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Present plans and updates clearly ensuring alignment with contractual frameworks
• Manage operational aspects with business maturity and cultural sensitivity
• Be prepared for regular travel to Saabs export customers

• Excellent teambuilding skills and experience developing new teams
• Strong ability to identify and implement continuous improvements
• Proven experience overseeing contract compliance and negotiations
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and coordinate complex projects
• Skilled in engaging in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
• Strong operational management skills business acumen and cultural sensitivity
• Experience in international business relationships and regular travel readiness
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience with Gripen system is a plus
• High self-motivation persistence and organizational skills

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
