About the role

Were looking for a QA Engineer who is ready to step into the next phase of their this role you will build a strong understanding of system requirements to ensure high quality software is delivered for the ABCs main web application platform.
Under the guidance of the Senior QA Engineer and in collaboration with colleagues you will develop and maintain automation frameworks for authoring platforms while contributing to the product teams strategy and approach to automation testing.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to enter the media industry and broaden your skills by testing new features and solutions using both exploratory and manual techniques.
About you
Youre a QA Engineer with proven experience developing automation tests using frameworks like Playwright K6 (or similar). Youre confident testing end-to-end user journeys across web and cloud environments validating how APIs databases and content management systems (such as CoreMedia) interact.
Youve worked with AWS services (like SNS/SQS EC2/ECS Lambda DynamoDB/S3) CI/CD pipelines and youre comfortable testing websites across multiple platforms using testing services like BrowserStack.
You bring solid skills in TypeScript/JavaScript & Git workflow tools like JIRA and you enjoy collaborating with engineers to embed quality throughout the development process.
Youre someone whos eager to keep building technical expertise tackle complex problems and contribute to delivering reliable high-quality products.
