Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

Make minor repairs to the interior/exterior of buildings basic plumbing electrical and carpentry.
Clean and maintain interior/exterior buildings lawns drainage and signs
Maintain lawn mowers appliances vehicles and other related equipment
Complete work order form in interior/exterior and related forms

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Probational Appointment

Career Progression:This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.

Work Schedule:Work hours are 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday.

Compensation:The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
