Charles Sturt University is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to join our Division of Information Technology asDirector Service Delivery. This is a pivotal senior leadership role driving the modernisation of our Information Communication Technology (ICT) services and shaping a customer-focused service-oriented operating model that supports the Universitys strategic goals.

As Director Service Delivery youll lead the evolution of our web applications and integration platforms driving innovation in user experience learning technologies and CRM systems. Passionate about digital transformation This is your opportunity to guide high-performing teams that design and deliver the tools our students and staff use every day. Your vision will shape how our community engages with technology crafting a seamless and student focused digital journey.

Were looking for a passionate leader to join us on one of our vibrant regional campuses. If youre not currently located within a reasonable commuting distance well happily support your relocation. Our core teams are based inAlbury-Wodonga Bathurst and Wagga Wagga offering a collaborative and community-focused environment where your contribution will make a real impact. Other campus locations will be reviewed upon request.

About you

You are a strategic thinker and experienced ICT leader with a proven track record in:

  • Leading large-scale service delivery teams in complex environments
  • Driving digital transformation and customer centric service models
  • Managing budgets contracts and vendor relationships effectively
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and navigating change with confidence
  • Applying ITIL and other service management frameworks to improve performance and accountability
