Hands-On IT Support (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity)
Location: Based out of North Buffalo with travel to 9 additional locations across Erie and Niagara counties
Team Size Supported: 180 computer users
Duration: 60-day minimum contract with opportunity for direct hire
KRG is assisting a local non-profit organization who is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:

KRG is assisting a local non-profit organization who is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1-2 help desk and on-site IT support for desktops laptops iPhones and AV equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues across multiple locations
- Support end-users (180 staff) with day-to-day technical needs
- Assist with audio/visual setup and troubleshooting
- Travel as needed to satellite offices (mileage reimbursed if applicable)
- Report directly to the Director of Operations
