What Youll Do

This role is perfect for someone who lovesplanning engaging experiencesandbuilding relationships. Youll create programs that support thephysical mental emotional and social well-beingof our residents all while staying aligned with ourLive Well. Be Well.mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop organize and lead activity programs that inspirejoy purpose and connection.

  • Tailor events and programs to residents individual interests abilities and care plans.

  • Create an environment ofwarmth dignity and belongingfor residents and families.

  • Coordinate special events intergenerational programs volunteer initiatives and community service projects.

  • Partner with leadership and care teams to integrate activities into overall resident wellness.

  • Oversee scheduling supplies and administrative needs to keep the activity department running smoothly.

  • Drive residents to and from outings and appointments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for working with older adults and creatingmeaningful enriching experiences.

  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationships with residents and families.

  • Must be able to move freely throughout the community and occasionally assist residents with mobility.

  • Valid drivers license required.

  • Previous experience in activity programming ispreferred but not required well train the right person withheart and creativity.
