A Day in the Life:
Monitor dealer stock levels to ensure alignment with the official vehicle price list.
Allocate sales targets and daily delivery plans for CKD (Completely Knocked Down) vehicles to dealers.
Track and manage monthly retail VME (Variable Marketing Expenses) for all dealers (CKD/CBU/Free Zone).
Coordinate vehicle shipments from the plant to dealers ensuring timely delivery to support retail sales.
Handle NSC (National Sales Company) stock and dealer asset logistics.
Support dealers in completing importation paperwork for Patrol and X-Trail models.
Follow up on WS (Wholesale Sales) targets and ensure alignment with sales goals.
Collaborate with internal teams including HR Admin Finance SCM and Logistics.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales operations and dealer communications.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Who Were Looking for:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Logistics or a related field.
01 year of experience in the automotive sector or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with SAP and experience using it in a business context.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
Eagerness to grow within the automotive sales and operations domain.
