We are looking for a Change Portfolio Consultant to join the Transformation Office this role you will manage and shape the change portfolio across multiple delivery domains ensuring that change initiatives are aligned with strategic goals well-governed and effectively delivered.
As a Portfolio Consultant you play a pivotal role in connecting strategy to execution and ensuring impact is delivered. You bring transparency and structure across a broad set of initiatives. You help leadership make informed decisions on prioritization capacity and value delivery while supporting change experts to deliver at their best.
Role and responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end management of the change portfolio within a business line or domain.
Partner with Business Owners and IT Leads to shape prioritize and track their roadmaps.
Ensure consistent and high-quality portfolio reporting to key stakeholders (ExCo and MBB).
Identify portfolio-level risks dependencies and bottlenecks and help resolve them.
Facilitate decision-making and alignment across multiple initiatives and departments.
Promote best practices in change delivery portfolio management and agile governance.
Strengthen our Agile way of working and act as a role model for the Orange Code.

Academic Masters degree (MSc)
Proven ability to structure complex information and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of IT delivery agile way of working and banking operations
Organisational sensitivity and the ability to influence without hierarchical structures
Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in English
