Your Role
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting and implementing global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the organization operates.
- Managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities around the world in conjunction with local tax advisor.
- Providing guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters.
- Analyzing the tax implications of business transactions and advising on tax-efficient structures.
- Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations globally and advising on potential impact to the organization.
- General collaborating and management of external tax advisors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Liaison with Deutsche Brse Group tax department.
- Liaison with tax auditors.
Your Profile
- Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
- Experience of minimum > 8 years in the financial services sector with focusing on tax related topics ideally in an international environment.
- Understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Very good German and English language skills (in writing and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure (fixed deadlines ad-hoc tasks).
- Team player.
