Senior Clinician Sponsorship Opportunity

Location: Darwin NT
Remuneration: Between $73150 - $105000 per annum plus superannuation
Contract: Two-Year Fixed-Term Full-Time Opportunity

About the Role

We currently have a range of placements for Clinicians in acute care available in regional communities as part of our industry-leading RN Sponsorship Program.

You will be employed by HealthX then seconded to work for one of our hospital partners a leading public or private acute care facility.

HealthX will support you the entire time through our Soft Landing Program which helps you transition smoothly into your new role and community.

To Be Successful in the Role You Will Have:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 24 months of experience at the Registered Nurse level in acute hospital settings
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload
  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience delivering safe high-quality patient-centred clinical care
  • A genuine interest in experiencing life in regional Australia
  • Experience or knowledge in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health (highly regarded but not essential)

Please note: These positions are not open to new or recent graduates. Applicants must have a minimum of 24 months experience in a medical setting (in Australia or a comparable healthcare system).
